This park is very dirty. Apple cores, chewed dog bones and toys and large dog feces greeted us as we pulled into our stall. Very small stalls. No fires. Not much for trees. The services are good but...

Tips from campers about Ross Creek RV Park
- Dsumner Cotter has limited supplies but Gasville is just up the road.3 years ago Denton Ferry RV Park & Resort
- EllynG Denton Ferry is very close to Mountain Home, AR. It is in Cotter officially, but MH is maybe 10 miles(?) from Mountain Home where you can find a WalMart (of course), Harp's (2 locations) and Town & Country (where the long-time residents tend to shop for groceries). There is also a plethora of places to eat including, American, Mexican, Nepalese Indian, Greek, Italian, BBQ and more. Check the times for opening and closing. Several places that are tried and true here are more breakfast and lunch-oriented. There are plenty of food trucks to choose from. There is also a sporting goods store and, if you want some fun, a miniature golf course is also near MH. ASUMH is also in MH and there are often activities for the public there. - Richard de Lorenzo Mountain Home is the largest community in the area, about 10 miles from the park. Walmart super center in Flippin about 4 miles away. Our 5th wheel blew a tire just as we were coming into Medicine Hat, needed to spend the night to purchase a new one. First, park only has 15 amp service, can't run an A/C with that so googled two...

Office is in a trailer at the entrance. Friendly host who wasn't able to give me a site with full hookups as they were all taken by permanent residents. There was a dump station, so not a big deal....
