Tips from campers about Lower Juan Miller
- Shelley Cleere The town of Waverly not too far.8 months ago Lakeshore RV Resort & Campground
- The Road Owls Fontana Park roughly 10 minutes away has a lake where you can fish. Great walking trail. A few bison fenced in along the area. There's a wildlife preserve hosting various creatures. As for birds: Great Horned Owl, Bald Eagle, Peregrine Falcon, Red Tailed Hawk, and Turkey Vulture all of which are rescue birds. Amish country is all around particularly the town of Hazeltown. Be sure to ask Craig or Joyce at Lakeshore for a map so you can see all the stores there are in the area. Independence is 15 miles away and has a Wal-Mart and Amazon Locker at the True Value. I have nothing good to say about Oelwein other than the Fareway grocery store has Shullsburg Cheese (IFKYK). If you need healthcare services STAY AWAY from MercyOne.10 months ago Lakeshore RV Resort & Campground
- SPound ADVICE: Go somewhere else - the city park was nice.1 year ago Lakeshore RV Resort & Campground
