“Beautiful Setting”
Nightly Rate: $70 USD
The one this this place has is an amazing setting for hiking and horseback riding. Other than that, I cannot recommend. They are short staffed, and many buildings and facilities are in disrepair. The...

“Beautiful location, but run down”
Nightly Rate: $100 USD
Extra fees were $25 for having a pet and $25 extra for a drive throug spot since the back in spot would not accommodate our 28 fifth wheel. The location is stunning but the Triangle T Guest Ranch...

Dirt, unlevel and washed out sites with odd utility arrangements. The rate, based on sites alone is excessive. BUT the experience of being here for a few days made it very worthwhile. Texas Canyon is...

Tip for Other Campers:
It is a short hike over to the Amerind Museum (currently closed due to COVID) but the grounds are beautiful. The Texas Canyon Pioneer Cemetery is a must to visit. Includes the grave of Rex Allan, one of the Singing Cowboys of Hollywood. Certain tombstones are actually incredible sculptures from rock.
