“Nice campground ”
Nightly Rate: $30 USD
Roper lake is always well maintained and clean. Recently had upgrades to restrooms and some trails. We camped at Roper Lake State Park in a Motorhome.

“Small, Charming Lake - Updated Facilities ”
Nightly Rate: $30 USD
We stayed 3 nights in the Cottonwood Campground. The bathroom facilities and day use areas have been updated. Our site had a Ramada with picnic table and fire pit. Plenty of room and a beautiful view...

Nice walk around the lake. Facilities were good. Staff helped us add a few nights to our stay. We camped at Roper Lake State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Beautiful state park campground. Very quiet during the week. Good size sights. Nice short hikes and more hiking at Sankworth just down the road. Roads around the grounds and around the lake for bike...
