Trailriders restaurant has amazing breakfasts. Pancakes are served with warm maple syrup infused with fresh butter. They also have the juiciest burgers cooked to your temperature of choice. If you need motorcycle repairs or are looking for a nice bike or ATV to purchase, Destination Motorsports is just down the road.

Tip for Other Campers:
The Gateway is close and has good fuel and store. There is also a restaurant and bar there that was closed when we arrived but looked like a good place to eat and grab a drink
Tips from campers about Casa Malpais Campground and RV Park
- Mygirlscats If youre cycling, the Galloping Goose trail (highly recommended!) is about a km away. This is an old rail line that has been made into a wonderful multi-use trail, wide and mostly gentle slopes running through the forest. Trail ride restaurant is the best. Chamber of Commerce is a great source for information and maps to tour. The local area. Western drugs is an old Timey five and dime store that has just about anything you can imagine if they dont have it they will order it for you. Managers are local people, and they know the area and can answer all your questions
