Blondie's Cafe offers a toothsome fish n chips special on Fridays that you won't want to miss. If you ride motorcycles, you'll definitely feel at home.

There are lots of chain restaurants here but I wanted to try a local family eatery, so I tried Red House BBQ in town. The ribs were as tough as mule hide and the mac n cheese was tasteless and pasty. The next day a friend and I ate at a chain Chinese restaurant, which was acceptable.

Basha's and Ace Hardware are close by. It's a short walk to town where there's a wonderful museum and charming mom n pop stores to browse. The Old Livery Mercantile features pieces created by local artisans at bargain prices. Safeway and CVS are right off Hwy 60, less than 3 miles from the RV park.

Trailriders restaurant has amazing breakfasts. Pancakes are served with warm maple syrup infused with fresh butter. They also have the juiciest burgers cooked to your temperature of choice. If you need motorcycle repairs or are looking for a nice bike or ATV to purchase, Destination Motorsports is just down the road.
