Cleanliness

Very rundown and small. Would never park there. Great midtown location, but that is the only pro. We visited Pima Swan RV Park, no overnight stay.

I stayed 2016 winter here. It's a fairly noisy park with nearby roads and dogs in and around park. One dog -pit bull, in park is kept inside a fence around a mobile and kept jumping the fence and...

Tip for Other Campers:

It's a bit of a dicey area, but close to shopping and cafes. Tucson Tamale is great.

realRVvilla__545 Culvers across the street, and Callaghans in the front of the holiday, we did not like the Mexican restaurant at the hotel. Lots of stores in the area for almost anything you need.

Plenty of other parks in town. This is not the place for travelers or RVers or snowbirds... Even if you're looking for a discount. If you need the services of... A certain sort, then this is your place.
