There is a Lovess truck stop and a TA truck stop at the interstate exit East of the park. Get gas there before coming to the park if heading West.

Tips from campers about Cattlerest RV Park and Saloon
- Ice Cream Scooper Willcox is a true cowboy town. Rix steakhouse is fun, cook your own steaks while watching the locals at the bar and play pool. The Roadrunner Kafe at the KOA down the street was a hardy breakfast, good food for sure. Drive to the Chiricahua National Monument, the hoodoos and rock formations are other worldly. Cochise Stronghold is close. Best was seeing the Sand cranes at the Willcox Playa area at sunset, spectacular. Big dirt outer lot so perfect for HH. Bar had a DJ (Sat) which was nice. We camped at Cattlerest RV Park and Saloon in a Fifth Wheel.
