We first wanted to thank you for your stay. Staff did indeed see you pull in and commented on the number of windows on your rig. Unfortunately, we had a water leak we were tending to. Plus, we don't make it a point to disturb people. We figure people come to camp and don't want people bugging them. :) As far as the water, we didn't know we had an issue until we happened to see it happen at the well house. It was such an intermittent problem that the only way we would have known we had an issue was to actually see it happen, or if someone had told us about the problem. We are very sorry for the water issue. Thankfully it has been fixed. Interestingly, nobody called/ sent a text to let us know there was a problem. We hope you enjoy the rest of the year.

Our policy has been, and always will be, to tape the customer's map along with their site number and WiFi password to the front door if they arrive after office hours. You did in fact arrive after office hours. It's either that, or have very confused customers who arrive after check-in. ;) We are a small Mom and Pop campground and staying open 24/7 just isn't an option. We are thankful for those who understand. We have a shower house on the lower level and a bathroom on the upper level. The restrooms are clearly discussed in our T&C which every customer signs; yours was signed on 7/27/2024. As far as not seeing anyone, that would be nearly impossible as the owners are responsible for keeping the grounds neat and clean. Someone was on the mower every single day plus the office has specific hours. There is also a phone number on a bright pink piece of paper taped to the door for any issues. The pond in under construction and having heavy machinery would be expected.
