Tip for Other Campers:
Many restaurants and breweries. All worth trying. The casino was fun - dinner there was excellent. We walked there from the park, also walked into Castlegar proper. Bit of a hike but it was a good fun evening. Lots to see.
Trail is 32 min away. Nelson is 34 min away. Rossland is about 28 min away. Very central!

This is such a beautiful park!! Such attention to detail. This park is very well kept. It is located right in Castlegar on the Kootenay River, beside the mountains. So quiet - we loved it here....

The entrance into the park has a short but steep incline. Be sure to drive slow - our 38' 5er made it okay.
