Tips from campers about Nimpo Lake Resort
- tapiper We stayed here as a base to visit the Field of Dreams in Dyersville, about an hour further east. There is also a Freddies Steakburger restaurant only a short drive away.
- Smithson Had to drive through town due to detour shopping area close. They do offer food at the check in but didnt use Also has a gas station at the entrance very convenient
- Liz White Not much to do in the area unless you are going to the waterpark.

Tip for Other Campers:
Fishing here as well as Anahim Lake which is just up the road. Floatplane tours take off from Stewarts Lodge in Nimpo Lake. Great General Store in town.
