MEdwardR Well, we came to expressly get into Crater Lake NP. Leaving our site by 6:50am had us passing through the northern gate at 8:05am. It will be 15 degrees cooler on the Lake rim from the campground.

FishBait_3 20 mile plus drive to town and Roseburg is the closest town for buying groceries and gas at a reasonable price.

Jason biggin Drive up hwy 15 more minutes and stay at Susan creek or mill pond much better value
