Gorgeous park with beaches to walk on, trails to hike and very clean, well kept sites and shower/toilet facilities. Really well managed! We camped at Syringa Provincial Park in a Travel Trailer.

- NordicVetMBA #1 When approaching from the south on Portal, it is -very- easy to miss the entrance. I did, and I just saw another Class A do the same thing this afternoon. All of us are going to be looking for something that looks like an RV park with a big sign - this doesn't have one. The front is lined with cedar trees (completely - like a 10-foot hedge). (They like the cedar trees in this town). GPS will say the entrance is on the left - and I was looking at what looked like an entrance driveway at the end of the block/hedge. However, the only entrance is a (narrow) break in the cedar trees that you can't see until you are within 50-100 feet. In Class A or a large fifth wheel, you will blow right by it. When you first see the long row of cedar/hedge on the left, the entrance is about in the center of the line. There is also a small (brick) sign that is low to the ground and lit, but you can't see that either until right on top of it. When you first reach the line of cedar trees, it will be within a couple of hundred feet and roughly in the middle. If you do miss it, you can keep going down the road and eventually enter I-5 again, return to the south, and exit on Portal again. I didn't see any prominent places to turn around or even a square block to go around with. #2 We had a spot right in front - #118. I recommend one of the sites behind the office or further back in one of the loops. We constantly had a lot of traffic on the camp side, with 3 or 4 "intersections" of interior roads a few feet from our front door. Further back in the park would have been better.8 months ago Cedars RV Park
- Tucker12 Bellingham is not far and has a great Trader Joe's. Went to the Farmer's Market but found the produce prices to be very high. The diesel gas station nearby that is run by the Indians was very accessible for a big motor home and had great prices plus DEF at the pump. Highly recommended using this station. Casino nearby.2 years ago Cedars RV Park
