Tip for Other Campers:
Be warned that there is no direct route from Eshom CG to the National Parks. If it's your intention to visit the NPs, you will be better off staying at a closer campground. For a more direct route from the NPs, we took forest roads (even following behind trucks filled with USFS firefighters) which was fun, if that's your thing. Call the USFS and confirm...
