“Great pool and club house area. ”
Nightly Rate: $80 USD
The weekend rates are a little steep, even with discount. The sites are close, but while I was here they were not too busy, so no one right beside me over 8 days. Laundry in a tiny house and only 2 of...

“Narrow sites....... & dusty”
Nightly Rate: $104 USD
We booked here to be near Yosemite - we had a pull through site - the sites are narrow and we found there were 4 picnic tables in our site 2 from the 2 sites on the left, 1 for our site and 1 for the...

Tip for Other Campers:
About an hour to Yosemite - long queues up to an hour as well - then anoter hour drive to the valley.
Sugar Pine Railroad - worth a trip - not far away
Bass Lake - a short walk/drive away - nice beachside cafe/retaurants but it was $38 for 2 drinks in plastic cups.
Tips from campers about Outdoorsy Yosemite
- Dan6942 While the RV Park is located 30 minutes from the south entrance of Yosemite NP, with the exception of Mariposa Grove, you have to drive another hour of winding roads to get to Yosemite Valley. But Yosemite NP is amazing and worth the drive. Nearby is Duceys on the Lake which is in The Pines has two restaurants. We went to the Bar and Grill which had good food and beverages. There is also a gas station and market there. If youre into craft beer, South Gate Brewing Company is in nearby Oakhurst and had good food and beer.3 years ago Outdoorsy Yosemite
- BrianStacifulltimers Oakhurst is a great little town. The supermarkets are top notch. If you have the budget then Ernas Eldurberry House is an exceptional 5 star dining experience.7 years ago Outdoorsy Yosemite

“Bears and mosquitos ”
Nightly Rate: $80 USD
Outdoorsy Yosemite is in a beautiful setting and close to the lake but we were a little disappointed. While its a short walk to the lake, theres no easy access to the lake unless to have or rent a...

We selected this campground for its relatively close proximity to Yosemite National Park, about 30 minutes from the southern entrance. Our site was very narrow; we could not put out our awnings as...

Tip for Other Campers:
DO NOT use RV Life's directions to enter the park from Crane Valley Road! We did and ended up in an adjacent residential neighborhood. If it were not for the kindness of 3 homeowners who moved their cars, trash carts and tree branches to make room for our pickup and fifth wheel, and one who, with his son, spent 45 minutes helping us BACK out of there, we...

Some sites (68) are impossible to back into despite the upcharge for a "Superior FHU Back In". Fortunately, the staff was able to relocate us to another site (79) that was possible (sadly, too close...

Tip for Other Campers:
Parking to hike requires a $10 day pass (National Forest operated by a concessionaire and they don't accept the America The Beautiful pass). Not entirely obvious at the Willow Creek Trailhead. No comments or heads up from the staff at Outdoorsy Yosemite.
