If you are renting an RV site, rent directly from an owner if possible instead of going through Phil Hahn. While he was helpful to us he does not do well with feedback. We rented from Mr Lopez for site 443. The site had a nice gas grill, lounging furniture and dining table. Remember that in addition to your site rental fee there is a $22 per activity fee...

- Jeff Screws Bike the Cades Cove Loop on Wednesdays. It much nicer than with the long lines of cars on the other days.3 years ago Cades Cove Campground

There are spots to rent from owners that are not listed on the website. I would suggest calling to get the realtors that have these listed so you can pick out a perfect spot for you. Air tram to San Jacinto peak and walk the desert view trail through all the notches. Beautiful! Every Thursday is a festival downtown.
