You are across the road from the beach, dog walkers paradise. Walk two blocks and have breakfast or lunch at Gils. Great Crab Benedict.The is so much to do in the area, be sure to see Ferndale, Victorian town. Redwoods are of course, must see.Johnnys is very easy access from 101.

Too many places to see and restaurants to visit. Lots and lots of things to do. They actually publish a magazine of the top 100 things to do in the county. Amazing number of activities and places to visit while here.

“Has Everything You Need”
Nightly Rate: $50 USD
Our site faced the ocean. We had plenty of room. Johnny, the owner, is the nicest guy youll ever meet. We camped at Johnny's at the Beach in a Fifth Wheel.
Tip for Other Campers:
Johnnys website has all kinds of good suggestions on places to eat and things to do. We personally enjoyed the Sequoia Zoo with the Redwood Skywalk.

Tip for Other Campers:
Around the bend from Johnnys is Falafelove its the real deal.. Fresh, made on site and good. We saw Brick and Fire Bistro on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives it is famous for the wild mushroom cobbler the house made pizza delishpork brisket to die forold town is too cute and Win-co is a great grocery option.

“Quiet park”

Nice clean park. No grass though. Easy water access We camped at Johnny's at the Beach in a Travel Trailer.
