Place was fine for the few days we were in the area passing thru. Neighbors are mostly long term and a few weekly. Gravel roads but pull they spots were big enough. Maintenance service cuts grass....

Gridley is a farming community. Friendly folks, all the commonly found services. 1.5 hrs from Sacramento. Golf in Oroville, college town of Chico just 30 mins away.....
