- 820_Karen RV- I75 is very close so you can zip to all the stores for shopping. If you want a more quiet shopping experience, there is a Publix very close and a grocery store and restaurant within walking distance. - RVtraveler48 To get from N. Ft Myers to Ft Myers and points south the traffic is a nightmare. Unsynchronized lights leaving you to wait 3 cycles to get to the next one a few blocks away. Colonial Blvd at I-75 is particularly challenging as they undergo a 5 year project to make it work. Maybe. Ft Myers beach suffers from "Red Tide," so the beaches were littered with dead fish and in some places a stench that would drive you away.2 weeks ago Upriver RV Resort
