Tip for Other Campers:
Bring a leaf blower to clean off your site once in a while, dust will accumulate on the furniture and drive. Magna Shades are a welcome addition here. They also let you have packages delivered by Fedex, Amazon, UPS right to your site! USPS can be picked up in the office.

There are so many great restaurants in this area, just do an online search for the kind of meal you are looking for and you will find a spot.
Tips from campers about Outdoor Resort Indio
- DrLewie The road leading to the causeway is narrow and twisty. A group of folks who live on that road are protesting planned addition of more campsites. They have signs up asking that the addition not be approved due to the increase of RVs on the road they fear would mean more traffic accidents. Probably a valid concern, so please obey the speed limits on that road.3 years ago Sun Outdoors Association Island
- Love At First Site The ride into Association Island is long. It passes along houses and summer cottages. Once you get past them you will get down to the water level. The road way is narrow but passable for RV's. It was about 25 minutes to Watertown where we found all the big chain stores and restaurants (Bestbuy, Longhorn, Texas Road House, etc.) We found The Zoo of NY there. It was smaller then traditional zoos but great for a quick trip to see animals like black bears, bald eagles and wolves to name a few.7 months ago Sun Outdoors Association Island
