Check with the visitors center to find Stargazing events at the observatory and Hikes from the park. Docent led hikes occur on the weekends.

There are are tons of wineries to visit. The park has several activities such as nature hikes and star gazing. There are also a number of trails for hiking

First --- five stars for the Camp Hosts Jeff and Angela! They are so friendly and accommodating. They are on a six month hosting rotation so unfortunately they will be moving to their next gig soon....

Tip for Other Campers:
Lots of wineries around. Some have open tastings and some you need to call. Even if they are booked for the day, you might be able to come in for a quick 'splash'. Most of the larger towns have tasting rooms.
