There is a dirt road east of the park and several trails through the woods that appear to link to it and we took a long pleasant walk along mostly shaded, deserted dirt roads to the delight of our dog, who does not like being on leash.The Lake is too far away to walk to. Roads were narrow. Restroom & showers were filthy. We would never stay here again. We camped at Lakehead Campground and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
