Tips from campers about Lassen RV Resort
- JacknLorie This area is rural and distances are big, towns are small. I love to drive, and we had a great time visiting the little ranching and farming towns. (Our favorite was Adin .) Lassen and Mount Shasta are more of a drive, but both are worth it. There is fly fishing on the McCloud, Pit, and Hat Creek. Fall River Creek is nearby as well, but I am not sure about fishing there. Burney Falls is nearby and is beautiful. We have heard great things about the Ahjomwa State Park but have not visited because we do not want to leave our dog behind.5 years ago Lassen RV Resort
- Charisse Tyson Be sure to go to Burney Falls. It is absolutely gorgeous. Bring your fishing poles because the opportunities to use them are abundant. The Pit River, Hat Creek, and Baum Lake are all very close to the campgrounds. Visit the Fort Crook Museum in Fall River.
