“Stunning remote location ”

Tips from campers about Hole-In-The-Wall
- OlderGoat Take the Rings Loop trail. Start with ½ mile on Nature trail from campground to visitor center. Then the 1-mile rings loop trail, starting around to the left and back through the "hole in the wall". Three sets of about 5-8 rings to help you climb through steep, narrow spots; not terribly difficult for this out-of-shape 64-year old with moderately high blood pressure. Return to north end of campground by continuing ½ mile up the Barber Peak loop trail to see many varieties of cactus.8 years ago Hole-In-The-Wall

“Interesting trails and well layed-out park”

The sites are spacious and well spaced with great views everywhere. The trails are well marked and very interesting. We camped at Hole-In-The-Wall in a Motorhome.

If you want to escape it all, this will come close. Cell coverage was very spotty but otherwise it is the middle of nowhere. Closest "real town" is an hour away! Nice desert views and some really nice...

Potable water along the road but if you need to fill with a hose stop at the first water pipe close to the front booth....
