Interior roads a bit tight. I managed in 36 MH with toad (largest rig on property at that time). I would say 40 is probably the tops I would be comfortable with, and would drop toad before entering. Definitely go walk / hike through Sue-Meg Park. Trinidad Head hike is beautiful, but a bit challenging. Grocery store, gas just a mile away. Fun to eat down by the pier.
