We travel extensively and weve never stumbled on an experience like this one. We were told to turn on Blue Lake Road(sounds nice, huh). Driving that donkey trail in a 45 motorhome was an absolute...

We stayed 1 night in our motor home. Beautiful setting on the lake. We were in site 110 which is not very level and is in full sun. There are some sites near the lake. This place has a little bit of...

Tip for Other Campers:
DONT COME EARLY!! Because of the billy goat trail of a road coming into this place they ask that you dont come before 2 PM. This road would be the only reason I wouldnt come back to this beautiful lake.
Tips from campers about The Narrows Lodge Resort
- RVL331003 If you need gas, I recommend the Modil station on 1st Center Avenue in Brodhead. The Gas Islands are angled so easy entry and exit. And a little further down the road is a Piggly Wiggly grocery store. No Walmart in town.9 months ago Crazy Horse Campground
- LangRV Try not to stay in the lower level if you can, the Area around the swim pond is wide open, no trees or shade and many of the sites have your door facing the sun, but they are nice sites with paved patio areas and full hookups.9 months ago Crazy Horse Campground
- NorthOf8 A short ride to town where you will find spots to eat. The historical museum has some great things for a small town. Sugar River bike trail is also a fun activity. Take a left when exiting the campground and a few miles down the road is a cheese factory with awesome eats!2 years ago Crazy Horse Campground

Tip for Other Campers:
Very narrow road into the park. Should be one way. So don't show up before 3 because everyone is leaving by 1200.
The road is very narrow getting to and from the RV Park. The owners recommend entering Blue Lake Road from the West. If the gate is locked, beep your horn and they will open it for you. Sites were...

Beautiful and secluded. Narrows is a proper name. They have a one way road that the county claims is 2 way. We were terrified coming in and leaving, prayed no one was coming the other direction....
