Tip for Other Campers:

The town of Waterford is about 3 miles away from this lake where they have a bait store, convenience stores, McDonalds, subway, taqueria, Burger King, Taco Bell, Chinese food, little Cesar pizza and even a coffee shop etc. . So if youre looking to enjoy camping but want some fast food youll be close enough to get some.

This campground is off the beaten path. It was almost deserted this time of year. The reservoir makes the setting quite lovely. You can sit close to the water and watch the ibis try to catch fish....

This is a great park for the price. We stayed here in the months of November and December. It was quiet and peaceful. It only has 30 amp service but that was sufficient during this time of year....
