Would have been a lot more fun if we had some dirt toys, lots of OHV access, close to Calico ghost town and the rainbow basin We camped at Barstow / Calico KOA Holiday in a Fifth Wheel.

Peggy sues diner was pretty cool, calico ghost town was the inspiration for knotts berry farm ghost town, Rainbow basin was a fun drive, kinda tight in a few places for a full size truck

“Close to Calico”
Nightly Rate: $65 USD
We used this stop as an overnighter so we could drive up to Calico. Used KOA points and the discount for this nightly stay. We camped at Barstow / Calico KOA Holiday in a Motorhome.
