Gorgeous setting along the river. Lots of trees. Pit toilets impeccably clean. No hookups. We camped at Chapman Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips from campers about Chapman Campground
- kris_885 Steer clear of Fire Creek BBQ, nice people but you need a stomach of steel. Pies and Pints was a fun dinner. Walk the Gorge!! 876 Ft and about 1/2 mile. Really worth it6 months ago Lake Stephens Campground

Secluded park 30 miles from nearest "big" town - Basalt. On a reservoir which can be fished and other non-motor powered activities (paddle-boarding, canoe, etc - bring your own gear.) Very clean....
