Tip for Other Campers:
Go to Creede if you can!! There are tiny grocery stores, a Family Dollar in the area, choices are extremely limited. If you are coming from the east, stop at the Walmart or shopping in Alamosa. It's 30 miles away. Colorado Grille food was amazing and they have a cute little coffee shop behind it with all kinds of coffee drinks, ice cream and shakes....
