Tip for Other Campers:
Downtown Ft Collins is about
20 minutes away, they have lots of restaurants, breweries, distilleries and taprooms. The downtown area is very pretty and although cold, we walked around and enjoyed all of the holiday lights.

Be cautious of the narrow entrance to the campground. Not ONLY is it narrow it has a SHARP (DANGEROUS) drop-off on the RIGHT; especially for long RVs. This OBVIOUSLY has been a problem for a long time...

Tips from campers about Fort Collins North / Wellington KOA Journey
- Robyn Rodriguez Downtown Ft Collins is about 20 minutes away, they have lots of restaurants, breweries, distilleries and taprooms. The downtown area is very pretty and although cold, we walked around and enjoyed all of the holiday lights.
- Rick and Denise Salo We will NOT use the KOA Journey again unless it's an EMERGENCY!
- RobtL Easy access to I-25 means you can get to Ft Collins and other nearby towns. Traffic was heavy, and there was construction for many, many miles.
