“Very large & clean park”
Nightly Rate: $0 USD
Overnight spots are very easy to access and maneuver even in a large motorhome with a Jeep. Large enough to stay connected. Longer term spaces are also easy to access. Active park with plenty of...

“Clean and Open”
Nightly Rate: $80 USD
The complex is huge but you wouldn't know it until you walk around. It seemed like a very nice place to spend the winter with lots of amenities. We were only there overnight. It was the second time...

Tip for Other Campers:
The overnight/short stay sites are near the entrance. We had A12 and it was difficult to get straightened out and through the 'drop bar' entrance gate. Next time, I'll ask for A3, A4 or A5 (for a 44' motorhome towing a 17' car).

“Perfect Location, Clean and Neat”

Loved this park. Visited family in The Villages and only 25 minutes from Middleton. Within three miles there was a Walmart, AdvanceAuto, WinnDixie (this was basically right next door) and many other...

Paradise Oaks is beautiful rv community. Easy access from I-75. The park is huge with many rv sites but never felt crowded. Grounds are maintained extremely well. Roads are wide and easily accessible....

A clean, well maintained park. We drive a 37ft motorhome and the park is laid out beautifully. Easy wide streets with wonderful amenities. New pickleball courts, nice rally/conference rooms. Bathrooms...

Tip for Other Campers:
Cute small town of Floral City near by. Winn Dixie for groceries less than 1/2 mile away. ONLY negative is train noise, but you get use to it.
