Steamers and Island Hotel and Restaurant are good places to eat. There is a coffee/food shop on the corner of 2nd and C st. It's worth a try too. Great sunsets near 1st and G streets.

Tip for Other Campers:
Cedar Key is not too commercialized. Several good restaurants in the area. Reminds me of a country town nestled against the backdrop of the flats of the Gulf of America.
