The Winn-Dixie is right up the street for groceries and liquor store lots of little conservation areas to take small hikes. We came with four dogs and had plenty of place to take them hiking.

Not much going on in the area...which is the point. Lots of lake bars around to enjoy drinking at the end of the day. 30 minute drive to Palatka. Easy hour drive to St. Augustine for sight seeing, shopping and dinners.

Tip for Other Campers:
Closest Walmart or other major shopping is at least 30 miles away. But if you're looking for a nice relaxing place, this is it. Bring your boat if you have one!
