I had fun eating at The Troff, I had oysters and a beer. For pizza, I went to PizzAmore in Mt. Dora.
Tips from campers about Encore Southern Palms RV Resort
- RandyMH Bring everything you need. Nearest grocery is about 20 minutes away. Roads coming off Interstate 59 have several sharp curves so drive slowly. Hueytown is about 45 minutes away with several eateries etc. You are about an hour from Birmingham. Personally like the on water lots but, the off water ones are very nice and, only bath house is in that area. Gate code required for vehicle entry.3 months ago Burchfield Branch Park

Tip for Other Campers:
Fish Camp at Lake Eustis (on highway 441) is about 10 minutes away and is a great place for a fish dinner. As for supermarkets, there is a Publix about a mile away, but the one highway 441 is much better in terms of selection, quality, and freshness.
