Adult park only. No children allowed. We visited Northcoast Park and Marina, no overnight stay.

The park is directly in the flight path of Ft. Lauderdale airport. Planes start about 6am and don't end until about 10am. The planes are so low it cuts out the TV signal!!! No laundry, no restrooms...
