hmdarwin803 Rode the Cog Railroad (yes, there is a road but consensuses that the Railroad is the way to do it), drove through Franconia Notch and wish we had spent more time there, Drinks at the Omni Hotel, Kancamagus Highway in the fall is stunning and in North Conway they were having a craft show with local artist that we thought was special.

Liacotton We really loved the Flume Gorge at Franconia Notch State Park. And also the Mt Washington hotel.
