Tip for Other Campers:
Rode the Cog Railroad (yes, there is a road but consensuses that the Railroad is the way to do it), drove through Franconia Notch and wish we had spent more time there, Drinks at the Omni Hotel, Kancamagus Highway in the fall is stunning and in North Conway they were having a craft show with local artist that we thought was special....
Tips from campers about Twin Mountain Motor Court & RV Park
- Jeff Darrel & Cody There are amazing walking paths to the beach and marina.
- G And R Ice cream at the CBC store service station, wine and coolers at the West Hawk store. The Nitehawk has good food.
- B-Town Biker Lots of fun for all in the adjacent lake, theres also ice cream and some fast food right outside the park. They ask you to get a car pass (about $9.50 for the day) and print the pass before entering the park. Not great for those in the road without access to a printer.

We really loved the Flume Gorge at Franconia Notch State Park. And also the Mt Washington hotel....

Twin Mountain Campground is a very nice basic small, 18 site RV park with cabins. Not a lot of amenities but we don't require many. Stayed in site 16, level, gravel, FHU but only 30 amp elect service....
