Walk through the campground right over to the Caloosahatchee River. 30 minutes to Fort Myers and Walmart. 6-Mile Cypress Slough Preserve is definitely worth a visit in Fort Myers. Hiking and biking right down the road at Caloosahatchee Regional Park....

- Indybear This is on the north side of the Caloosahatchee River. If you are coming in on FL80, be careful which bridge you use. The Fort Denaud Bridgeway is a swing bridge with a weight limit of 5 tons, and is relatively narrow.
