“Very big park / well maintained”

We stayed for the winter it was good lots of campers and lots of events We camped at Tamiami Village & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tip for Other Campers:
There is an Applebee's down the road from the park that is always packed but the service & kitchen are poor. There is a Planet Fitness in the same strip mall.
Tips from campers about Tamiami Village & RV Park
- Blazin-G Baker St Burgers was awesome. Frank Lloyd Wright house tour in Rockford. Anderson Japanese gardens was very nice1 year ago Rock Cut State Park
- Mollbers Meijer about 3 miles west is nearest shopping or gas. Water is turned off November 1st, absolutely non in the park. There is a Camping World and several trucks stops to the north a few miles, may be able to get water there.6 months ago Rock Cut State Park

Tip for Other Campers:
Must hit Iguana Mia in Fort Myers on Thursdays for the $2 margarita/sangria drinks. Be careful with those; they are strong and delicious. The food/service is always great. Must check out all the islands in the area; they all have their charms.
