  JoyBoy4Jesus Dogs were not allowed at the picnic area but had a small beach area where they were allowed off leash if needed. We did take our dog to the Whitefish Trail near Mountain Lion Trailhead which was a fabulous place to take your dog off leash.

  Lee and Trace Glacier is nearby and the very nice town of Whitefish. Kallispell is relatively close as well.
