“Right on the lake”
Nightly Rate: $78 USD
Sites are big- right on the lake- no one told me about the trains coming through & blowing their horns day & night We camped at Allatoona Landing Campground in a Travel Trailer.

This was our second stay at Alatoona, once in a 28 travel trailer and once in a 38 motor home. No problems with either site, but it was a bit tight for the motorhome but worked ok for an overnight....

- Air travel Salisbury beach is just down the road. Blue Ocean has concerts year round. Visit Newburyport. The Clipper Trail, walk and bike in Newburyport, artwork, sculptures and interesting stuff along the walk. There is another walk bike trail that starts about a half mile from the campground. This park is nothing special. The sites are tight, or least ours was. Many of the sites are full hook-up. No amenities in the fall and the check in process is definitely more trouble than it is...

Good campground. Trains coming by during day. Not at night. Quiet at night. We camped at Allatoona Landing Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
