“A nice campground, back-ins are tough with an 8' bed dually. ”
Nightly Rate: $22 USD
A nice campground, back-ins no sewer, are tough with an 8' bed dually. They have pull throughs with full hookup, much easier. The back in sites very woodsy, the trees limit my movements and Starlink...

Tips from campers about Holbrook Pond Recreation and Campground
- Moby2 See the Badlands. Be sure to bring everything you may need...there isn't much (i.e. essentially anything) available in any reasonable driving distance. One thing we did that IS amazing is to go back to the park well after sunset (we did this at about 10:00PM) when it is fully dark and drive 10 or so miles west. Find a place to pull off of the road and turn off the car and all of the lights...get outside and look at the sky. The Badlands area is one of the darkest parts of the nation at night, the sky is amazing!3 years ago Badlands Hotel & Campground
- clf dll Bring what you need. Wall is 30ish miles away. Fuel is pricey, top off before arriving.3 years ago Badlands Hotel & Campground
- Stephanie5 From the campground, you can start your day at the visitors center and then take the loop road for great views. The loop runs next to Wall Drug and Minuteman site 9 and Minuteman visitors center. We had lunch at Wall Drug which seemed expensive $45 for two of us the have hamburgers and tea. It is the only place to eat otherwise pack your lunch.2 years ago Badlands Hotel & Campground

Tip for Other Campers:
Cellular service is not that great. I was able to conduct work video conferencing with grainy images. I was using TravlFi router and T Mobile had the strongest service. Campground Wi-Fi-my phone never found it.
