“Great view of the lake from our site 107. ”

Full hookup in the 100 loop. Great Lake views. Some are pull through and others are back in. All are easy to maneuver. The staff at both the trading post and registration office are very helpful and...

Have stayed here several times and this time did not disappoint. After paying online, you will still need to go to the office to check in. They also will charge a $5 fee for Ga park pass unless you...

- BDsNoBo LOTS to do here. We went to Crater Lake for 2 of the 3 days we were here--about a 45 minute drive each way. If you're here for more than one day, we'd recommend visiting Crater Lake on the least windy day. It's spectacular regardless, but there was no wind on our first day which resulted in perfect reflections on the lake. Day 2 was just a little windy, and the ripples on the lake meant no reflections. Our favorite hikes in Crater Lake: Watchman Trail (nice, wide, not terribly strenuous trail with magnificent views of the lake and also Mt. Shasta), Sun Notch Trail for 2 views of the Phantom Ship and The Pinnacles Trail for something other than the lake. We spent our third day enjoying trails and sites in the area. National Falls and Pearsoney Fall trails were easy. The trail to Mill and Barr Creek Falls was also easy, but I would't recommend taking the spur to the Avenue of the Boulders unless you're up for a boulder scramble. Rogue Gorge Overlook is short and paved, and go all the way to the end for the best views. Finally, the Natural Bridge Trail (also paved and short) was short, paved and very informative.4 months ago Crater Lake RV Park

“Easy to book a site this time of year. ”
Nightly Rate: $48 USD
Overall the park is beautiful, quiet and relaxing. For a bigger camper some of the roads are tight and drop off into drainage ditches. Can be tricky on several curves. Hiking trails are great. There...

This was our 4th time here, its very near all 3 of my kids homes. Always been clean, plenty of room between sites, mostly shaded. We have stayed in 100 section full hook up, the 200 hundred section...

Question:
RV Trip Wizard directs you to the back gate of the campground to enter but the Park website directs you to enter and register at the Visitors Center. Can you enter and register through the back gate? Also - is there enough room at the visitors center to park and turn back around with a 34’ trailer? It looks like a tight parking lot....

“Good Shady Sites with good spacing”

This is a state park, so you aren't piled on top of each other like some of the private campgrounds. We have been to this park before. We stayed for two weeks on 2 different sites. Both sites were...
