The town of St Marys is a very short drive with several good places to eat. St Marys Seafood and More was very good.

Beautifully maintained park with large mostly private sites with lots of shade trees. We camped at Crooked River State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips from campers about Crooked River State Park
- hmdarwin803 Rode the Cog Railroad (yes, there is a road but consensuses that the Railroad is the way to do it), drove through Franconia Notch and wish we had spent more time there, Drinks at the Omni Hotel, Kancamagus Highway in the fall is stunning and in North Conway they were having a craft show with local artist that we thought was special.6 months ago Twin Mountain Motor Court & RV Park

“A beautiful campground ”
Nightly Rate: $50 USD
This park is very clean with well spaced campsites. There are trees and shrubbery dividing the sites to give you privacy. We camped at Crooked River State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

To get back into town for supplies is a little bit of a drive so its best to gather things before you park so you can enjoy your time I. The park

Tip for Other Campers:
Jekyll Island (Driftwood Beach) and Fort Frederica National Monument are both worth a daytrip. Locals Dockside had excellent seafood, and historic St Marys is a cute little town.

St Marys has some decent restaurants and shops. Easy access to Cumberland island
