“Beautiful Island and Beaches”
Nightly Rate: $85 USD
We stayed here for two weeks, which gave us an opportunity to explore outside the immediate. It's a nice park, but streets are tight for a motorhome towing a vehicle. We had an odd-size campsite that...

Tip for Other Campers:
Fort Pulaski is only a few miles away, and well worth the visit. North Beach and the lighthouse is within walking distance. Zanzibar is a nice restaurant also within walking distance. If you have a free day, I highly recommend traveling down to Jekyll Island. It's a 2 hour drive, but this was the highlight of our stay (especially Driftwood Beach)
“Great Campground Getting Better”
Nightly Rate: $62 USD
This is our third stay at Rivers End and as usual it was very nice. Busy campground which is well maintained and for the years we have been going always improving with updates to the grounds and...

Campground is in town but you need to drive to "downtown" where there are nice shops and places to eat.
Tips from campers about River's End Campground & RV Park
- ItascaEllipse Dogs are not allowed on the Tybee Island beaches to protect turtle and bird species and we were told the police will fine. This was the Island's off-season so many places were closed. Check out Huc-a-poos near the campground (walking distance) for excellent pizza and a great roadhouse atmosphere.3 years ago River's End Campground & RV Park
- TNCCMedic25 Rent a golf cart if you don’t have one.5 years ago River's End Campground & RV Park
- Sweat01 Do not go to the Sugar Shack for Ice cream. They did not have some of the item advertised on their website such as orange sherbet, chocolate swirl (broken machine), or fried food (broken frier). My overall experience was total disappointment. Go across the street to Pralines.4 years ago River's End Campground & RV Park

“Great gateway to the beaches”
Nightly Rate: $90 USD
They gave us a premium spot which was larger than most other spots and had more shade. That was not necessarily the case. It was also on the main entrance into the park. The site was clean, the...

“Well maintained campground with clean bathrooms and showers.”

We had a pull through site which worked perfect for our rig which is 40' long with the trailer attached. The staff is very friendly and customer oriented. Many of the staff are campers also. We...

Pier 16 and the Sundae Cafe are two great places to each. You will need to do reservations at the Sundae Cafe. It is chef owned in its 22nd year.
