Access to Interstate 84 is nearby and convenient. Costco, Walmart and grocery stores are close. The Craft Lounge in downtown Caldwell is a good place for food and drink....
Tips from campers about Ambassador RV Resort
- Chuck Brown We didn't get to do much due to COVID19 issues, but there is a CostCo and lots of other stores nearby. The only notable thing is that in Idaho nobody wears masks, so we stayed clear of all stores. The lowest price gas/diesel station is Maverick.4 years ago Ambassador RV Resort
- TD 1981-Navy Vets Took a nice drive on one of Idahos Scenic Byways, the Snake River Canyon. Due to covid concerns, no restaurants or much else this time, but lots to do in the area, and all major store chains are there.3 years ago Ambassador RV Resort
- ForzaDude Jump Creek Falls is a nice waterfall and short hike through a canyon. The Swan Falls Dam is a really nice area as well with great picnic spots and the Dam Museum (which is only open on Saturday from 10-4) is very interesting and well worth a visit. Of course you have to visit the Idaho State Capitol which is beautiful and then while you are there, go to Goody's Soda Fountain for a fantastic ice cream treat followed by a nice walk through Hyde Park where there are several nice shops and restaurants.2 years ago Ambassador RV Resort

Tip for Other Campers:
They need to explain the WiFi internet connection process for television at check in. Once I asked about it they were quick to send a very nice gentleman to camper to help connect to internet....
“Many more seasonal sites but still a nice park”
Nightly Rate: $61 USD
Decided to stop in here on a trip to Arizona. It's been a few years since we were last here, but the park is still well maintained. We were surprised at the large number of long stay residents, but...

Large Park with great facilities. Gated dog parks. Plenty of restrooms/showers and a nice laundry room. Propane refills available as well. We camped at Ambassador RV Resort in a Motorhome.
