“Nice River Trails and River Beaches”

Tip for Other Campers:
Crown and Thistle, for Brit food and many beers. Bangers and Mash or Pies very good. You can park close down a back ally for $4 and then shop or whatever.

We stayed 7 days right before they closed for the season. Very friendly staff, and easy on/off the Hwy. Lake view was awesome, and clean park overall. Very close to anything you may need. We camped...

Tips from campers about Blackwell Island RV Park
- MilwJeff Firewood is available outside the park. Propane tanks can be refilled in several locations. The town of Prairie du Chien is a 15-minute drive away - most civilization amenities are available there. Restaurant-wise, we enjoyed coffee and sandwiches at Simply Cafe. Both sides of the Mississippi (Iowa and Wisconsin) afford scenic drives through several small towns.5 years ago Wyalusing State Park

Nightly Rate: $77 USD
Enjoyed our stay. Would return, however would request a site as far away from road as possible due to traffic noise. We camped at Blackwell Island RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Took a silver mine tour in Wallace, ID that was awesome. Lunch at the Fainting Goat was fabulous. Moon Time in CDA was also really good food, especially the Idaho sloppy Joe!
