“National forest campsite so it a little rough but peaceful and back to nature. ”

Hot springs provide a natural hot tub but you have to hike a trail maybe 1/8-1/4mile along the Peyatt river. Not too bad and worth the hike. We camped at Pine Flats in a Motorhome.

Nice park out in the middle of nowhere. Spacious sights and reasonably level. Facility has pit toilets which we did not need to use and pumped water spigots. Close to the river and the hot springs...
