“Beautiful park”
Nightly Rate: $26 USD
Very lovely park. Trees, trails, nice staff, easy to get to. Will return. We camped at Kankakee River State Park in a Motorhome.

Tip for Other Campers:
There is a great 10mi bike trail that connects the two campgrounds and other park features. Perfect for a nice day ride with picnic. Lots of river access along the trail for fishing, kayaks, etc. Nearby town of Bourbonnais has everything you may need.

“Nice secluded sites”
Nightly Rate: $25 USD
Nice roomy level site. Campground was near capacity but still quiet. Enjoyed our stay. We camped at Kankakee River State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tip for Other Campers:
Trails to walk, river fishing (must have fishing license) nice areas along river to sit and enjoy the view. Only 6 miles to town for shopping and restaurants
